How can I see pricing for your fish and fish food?

You must create a dealer account in order to have access to our pricing and availability.

What is the best way to place my order?

You can reach us using the Contact Form, call our toll free number 1-800-334-5257 , or fax us at 336-784-4306. We prefer to ship your order as soon as possible after receipt as our availability changes quickly.

How do you ship the fish?

We can ship to your nearest airport. This is the least expensive method, costing on average $12 to $15 per box. You'll need to go to the freight terminal to pick up the fish. We use the following airlines: US Airways, American, Northwest, Southwest, Delta, and Continental. Most shipments will be on direct flights and will arrive within 12 hours of packaging. We will call or fax shipping information to you on the day of the shipment.

We can ship the fish to your door via UPS. This method is somewhat more expensive, but many customers find the convenience is worth the extra cost. Estimate your UPS shipping charges here.

When will I receive my fish?

We have absolutely the quickest turn-around in the industry. For airline shipments, order before noon today and have fish swimming in your tanks tomorrow. We ship Monday through Friday during the season and Monday through Thursday in off season.

Do you guarantee your fish?

We stand behind our product. We guarantee live delivery. Subsequent claims are handled on a case-by-case basis as water conditions the fish are received into are out of our control.

Have your fish been quarantined?

Our whole farm has been quarantined since bringing in japanese broodstock in 2002. In addition, we quarantine all fish for a minimum of 10 days after harvest, allowing for inspection and treatment of any disease issues.
